Questions
How do I make a karaoke track?
Pick the song or a video with it in and tap Make an instrumental: it pulls out the audio and splits it, with Instrumental picked for you. Then download it as MP3 or WAV.
Are there lyrics?
Get the words, on the Words tab, writes out what's sung as timed lines. It's a transcript of the recording, so check it as you sing; the official lyrics of a song aren't included.
Will there be traces of the voice?
Sometimes, faintly, where the voice is very loud or has heavy reverb. Listen before you download; most songs come out clean enough to sing over.
Does my video get uploaded?
No. The split runs on your device. Only if you tap Get the words is the extracted audio, compressed, sent to be transcribed.
Is it free?
