Refund policy

Extractune is run by Plume & Throttle, an independent developer studio in the Philippines. Extractune's tools are free. This policy covers paid plans (Pro) when they're offered.
14-day refund
If Pro doesn't work for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email support@extractune.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After the first 14 days we don't refund part of a period, except where the law says we must.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments. They'll show on your statement and they issue the refund.
